    • Refunds will not be granted if you have completed more than 35% of the course content. The completion percentage will be calculated based on the lessons or modules completed by the student.
  3. Refund Request Process:

    • Course name and enrollment date
    • Reason for the refund request
    • Any supporting documentation or evidence, if applicable
    • To request a refund, you must submit a written refund request to our customer support team via email or through our designated support channel. 
  4. Refund Processing:
    • Once we receive your refund request, our customer support team will review it within 10 business days.
    • If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
  5. Non-Transferability:
    • Refunds are granted solely to the original student who enrolled in the course. Refunds cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person or entity.
  6. Course Termination:
    • In the event that we need to terminate the online course before its scheduled completion, you will be entitled to a prorated refund based on the remaining course content.
